Not that CJ knows much about Advent, but she knows that she gets a piece of candy every day from now until Christmas, courtesy of Trader Joes.

Where Did November Go?

Mommy was busy learning about yoga while Daddy and CJ were spending more time together. We have pictures and we'll backfill in November as time permits - now to get ready for the holidays.

The Tree Hunt

In Oregon you can't let a little wet weather deter you from your outdoor activities. Today we headed out to find our Christmas tree and the drops of rain started to fall as we left the house. The rain really picked up (little B was soaked!), but between that and being a little early in our search, we ended up having the tree farm almost to ourselves.

CJ tried to pick this baby tree:

But ultimately we went with one just a bit larger:

Grandma Time

In the morning we took Grandma out for breakfast to celebrate her upcoming birthday:

Later in the day, CJ and Grandma had some quality craft time. They worked with paper and embossing and put together this beautiful card, which CJ plans to use to write her letter to Santa this year:

Cousin Love

Tonight Mama got some love from the cousins at Grandma's house.
